Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is completely smoke-free indoors. All lounges and indoor smoking areas are permanently closed. There is also a USD 200 fine for smoking or vaping within the terminal. To avoid this penalty, the airport has designated smoking areas outside the Domestic Terminal and International Terminal. These areas are located at least 25 feet from terminal entrances. In these zones, travelers can use cigarettes, vaping, cigars, and more.
